FAQ
Do you travel to shoot?
Yes, depending on the date / location etc. All travel must be covered on top of the collection price.
Do we get digital Images & prints?
You will receive an online gallery with your digital Images for you to download via email. You have permission to print these images as well.
How much of a deposit is required to reserve my session?
I require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your date and time. I accept deposits via Venmo @Shelbi-crawford-1
If you need to reschedule your session that is totally fine. If you need to cancel a full refund will be given to you with at least 3 days prior to your session of letting me know.
What is your Weather Policy?
In the event we receive inclement weather at the time of your scheduled Session, I hold the right to cancel and reschedule your session up to (1 hour) before your scheduled session if we do not have sunshine or enough light to produce the highest quality Images and my style of photography. I am a Natural light photographer with a bright & Airy style. You will be called / emailed/ and text to reschedule.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 2 days prior to your scheduled Session. If balance is not received by the day before your session I have the right to cancel the session. You will NOT receive your deposit back if you fail to pay on time.
When will we receive our final gallery?
I will have your gallery back to you in approximately 1 week after your session.
Do I need to back up my Images?
YES! Be sure to download your full gallery to a computer and a hard drive so your images are safe.
Can you help with Location suggestions & attire?
I would love to offer you several suggestions on location and give helpful tips on attire, please ask!
Do you offer custom packages?
Ofcourse! If you don't see what you're looking for shoot me an email. I am happy to put together a custom package for your needs.
Will you share my Images online?
I hold the right to share all of my work I photograph on my website and social media outlets. If you would not like your Images to be shown please ask and they will be removed Immediately.
